This is how it works
Invoicery's service offers the freedom to invoice for work without having your own business or working as a light entrepreneur.
1) Create a user account and register the assignment
2) The assignment is approved and then you can start working
After Invoicery and the client approve the assignment digitally, the employment contract comes into force and you can start working.
3) Send an invoice and get the salary paid into your account
Invoicery checks and approves the invoice. Your salary will be paid within five working days after the invoice is approved.
What is the benefit of the service for me and how much does it cost?
As an employer, we take care of practical matters such as taxation, insurance, holiday allowances, any tax-free expense allowances and more. We pay you based on the billing information you provide.
You provide us with the information on the invoice to be sent to the company or individual and perform the work in an employment relationship with Invoicery throughout the assignment. In this way, you don't have to worry about the obligations regarding entrepreneurship or light entrepreneurship while you are insured and have e.g. right to sick pay if necessary.

A service for those who want to work and invoice without their own company
You find a customer for the assignment and register the assignment through the digital service. Once the registration is approved, Invoicery acts as your employer throughout the assignment, just like any other employer. We take care of the insurance and paperwork connected to the assignment and you can focus on the work you love. We also ensure that the invoices are paid and we pay your salary to you within five working days after we accept the invoice details.
As a user of Invoicery, you plan your own projects with the clients you want to work for and provide information about the desired assignment when registering. You also decide how much salary you want and you can negotiate the invoicing with the client freely, provided that the minimum conditions are in line with the law and any collective agreements. You don't have to worry about paperwork and you can use all your energy to do the work you enjoy.
Invoicery Suomi Oy is part of the Invoicery International AB group. The group started with the Swedish company Frilans Finans AB in 1999. Today, Frilans Finans is the largest company in Sweden that offers services for invoicing without own company in an employment relationship and the users there are called "self-employed". We call Finnish users "free employees".
